MEET EXECUTIVE CHEF Mario Brown
Chef Mario developed his passion for cooking at the young age of 9 years old. He credits his mother with teaching him how to cook for his family. Mario brought his long term love of cooking to Hospitality Restaurants, and has been with the company for 19 years. His favorite part about working for Salmon Dave’s is producing specials, as it gives him the creative ability to think outside the box and provide delicious pairings for the guests to enjoy.
